Led enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud modernization initiatives, including the firm's first SASE deployment for a regulated law firm with integrated SIEM and SOAR and an Azure spin-down. Reduced a proposed $200,000 OEM network refresh to approximately $70,000 through technical discovery, vendor negotiation, and architectural redesign while maintaining business requirements. Architected enterprise network deployments featuring dual-homed ISP failover, wireless heatmapping, and multi-gig networking. Co-authored the CTN360 Trust managed GRC program aligned to NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and NIST 800-171, and standardized the firm-wide quarterly business review framework.

Managed strategic accounts on both coasts and acted as a dedicated 24/7 escalation contact for client executives. Ran quarterly business reviews with a third-party CISO covering HIPAA, PCI DSS, CCPA and CPRA, and GDPR. Oversaw all net-new client acquisition for a period, running the full cycle from qualification to close, and closed the firm's first 100TB Datto solution alongside an enterprise Supermicro migration with VMware Horizon.

Designed and deployed a personal hybrid AI environment across repurposed laptops, routing work between local inference and cloud subscriptions (Claude, Gemini) based on task complexity and cost. Researched, evaluated, and integrated the tooling across the stack — local model serving, a multi-agent workflow layer, observability, and a network-wide knowledge base. Built to understand firsthand the infrastructure, routing, and governance tradeoffs enterprises face when deploying AI at scale.

A capability-based security boundary that prevents AI agents from ever receiving raw credentials. Instead of returning a secret, the vault evaluates ABAC policy and executes the approved action on the agent's behalf, keeping credentials inside the vault entirely and limiting the blast radius of a compromised agent. I defined the threat model, security requirements, and system architecture, and led implementation; published with full threat-model documentation.

An audit layer that makes AI agent credential access non-repudiable. Signed access attempts are anchored to a chain before a secret is released, while delivery events are broadcast to a bus watched by a kill-switch monitor; a delivery with no matching attempt is treated as a compromised host. I designed the protocol architecture, security guarantees, and threat model, and led implementation. Pairs directly with rgt-vault.
